VegasNow loyalty levels and the Sin City VIP Lounge
Real-money play earns points at VegasNow. Status points move you through seven Las Vegas-themed levels, and redeemable points convert into bonus funds in the Loyalty Store. This page sets out the published earning rates, level thresholds, exchange rows and VIP Lounge benefits, and what each one is worth in practice.

How the loyalty programme works
Every VegasNow account is part of the loyalty programme from the first real-money bet. There is nothing to opt into and no code to enter. As you play, two kinds of points build up. Status points measure your activity over time and decide which level you are on. Redeemable points are the ones you spend, exchanging them in the Loyalty Store for bonus funds.
The programme has seven levels, each named after a Las Vegas venue, starting at Golden Glimmer. Moving up a level improves the exchange rate you get in the store, so the same number of redeemable points buys more bonus funds the higher you climb. Above the levels sits the VIP Lounge, which we call Sin City. That tier is by selection rather than a points threshold.
Points come from real-money wagers, so free-play demos do not earn them. The details of your own level and point balances are visible once you sign in to your account.
Points per game type
How much real-money wagering earns one point, set beside each game's contribution to bonus wagering for comparison.
| Game type | Wagered per point | Points earned | Bonus wagering contribution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pokies | A$25 | 1 redeemable + 1 status point | 100% (exceptions apply) |
| Roulette | A$100 | 1 point | 25% |
| Blackjack | A$250 | 1 point | 10% |
| Baccarat | A$250 | 1 point | 0% |
What A$1,000 of play earns on each game
The rates differ a lot by game, so it helps to put the same amount through each one. Take A$1,000 of real-money wagering, which is total stakes, not losses:
- Pokies: A$1,000 ÷ A$25 = 40 redeemable points and 40 status points.
- Roulette: A$1,000 ÷ A$100 = 10 points.
- Blackjack or baccarat: A$1,000 ÷ A$250 = 4 points.
Pokies earn points ten times faster than table games for the same stake. That mirrors the bonus terms, where pokies count in full towards wagering and tables count partly or not at all. If you mainly play live blackjack or baccarat, points will build slowly, and that is worth knowing before you plan around a store reward.
Published level thresholds
These are the status-point thresholds we publish. Rows between them are not all public, so we have not filled them in.
| Level | Status points needed |
|---|---|
| Golden Glimmer I | Starting level |
| Golden Glimmer II | 600 |
| Golden Glimmer III | 2,000 |
| Gondola Grand I | 500,000 |
| Julius Palace III | 3,000,000 |
| Bella Vista | 5,000,000 |
Reading the level table
The early steps are close together. On pokies, where A$25 wagered earns one status point, Golden Glimmer II at 600 status points corresponds to A$15,000 of total stakes, and Golden Glimmer III at 2,000 points to A$50,000. These are stakes over time, not money deposited; a player who keeps recycling the same balance through many spins reaches them without depositing anything like those amounts.
After that the gaps widen sharply. Gondola Grand I sits at 500,000 status points, Julius Palace III at 3,000,000 and Bella Vista, the top published row, at 5,000,000. Parisian Palace Las Vegas is another level, named in the Loyalty Store table; its threshold is not published. The upper levels are built for very high-volume players, and for most people they are not a realistic target.
Levels come with rewards, and those are shown in your account rather than published here. We prefer not to quote level prize values on this page, because the store rates below are the part of the programme we can set out precisely.
VegasNow levels on table games: the turnover behind each step
The thresholds above read most kindly in pokies terms. If most of your play happens at the tables, each point costs four times as much turnover on roulette (A$100 a point) and ten times as much on blackjack or baccarat (A$250 a point). Counting those table points towards status the same way, the first two steps look like this:
| Level | Status points | Pokies | Roulette | Blackjack or baccarat |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Golden Glimmer II | 600 | A$15,000 | A$60,000 | A$150,000 |
| Golden Glimmer III | 2,000 | A$50,000 | A$200,000 | A$500,000 |
Mixed play lands between the columns. A week of A$300 on pokies plus A$300 on roulette adds 12 points from the reels and 3 from the wheel, 15 in total, which puts Golden Glimmer II 40 weeks away.
What a year of steady play adds up to
Annual stakes for three illustrative players, using the published earning rates. Stakes are total bets placed, not money lost.
| Player | Weekly stakes | Stakes over 52 weeks | Points earned | Where that leaves them |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Casual pokies player | A$100 on pokies | A$5,200 | 208 redeemable + 208 status | Golden Glimmer I; one 200-point exchange worth A$5 |
| Regular pokies player | A$300 on pokies | A$15,600 | 624 redeemable + 624 status | Past 600 status points, so Golden Glimmer II |
| Roulette regular | A$300 on roulette | A$15,600 | 156 points | Short of a 200-point exchange |
What the profiles tell you
For most players, the loyalty programme is a modest extra rather than a reason to choose a game. A casual pokies player earns roughly one A$5 store bonus a year, and that bonus then needs A$200 of wagering. A regular pokies player reaches Golden Glimmer II within the year and gets slightly better treatment from then on. A roulette player on the same budget earns a quarter of the points, because roulette earns one point per A$100 rather than per A$25.
None of this makes table games a poor choice. It simply means points should not drive the decision. Pick games for enjoyment and for how they fit your budget, and let the points accumulate on their own.
Exchange rows we publish
Redeemable points convert into bonus funds. The rate improves as your level rises.
| Level | Points | Bonus | Value per 100 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Golden Glimmer | 200 | AUD 5 | AUD 2.50 |
| Parisian Palace Las Vegas | 750 | AUD 20 | about AUD 2.67 |
| Bella Vista | 100,000 | AUD 5,000 | AUD 5.00 |

Small lots or one larger exchange
At Golden Glimmer the minimum exchange is 200 points for a A$5 bonus. You can redeem in lots of 200 points, A$5 each time, or save up: 2,000 points exchange for A$60 rather than the A$50 that ten separate lots would give.
Saving earns a better rate, but the bonus still has to be wagered, so a larger exchange also means a larger wagering target. Choose the size you can comfortably play through.
Wagering on exchanged bonuses: 40×
A bonus bought with points is still a bonus. It carries 40× wagering, and our general bonus terms apply to it: a maximum bet of A$8 while it is active, game contributions of 100% on pokies (with exceptions), 25% on roulette, 10% on blackjack and game shows and 0% on baccarat, a validity period of up to 7 days, and only one active bonus at a time.
Here is the full chain on pokies. You wager A$5,000 over several weeks and earn 200 redeemable points (A$5,000 ÷ A$25). At Golden Glimmer you exchange them for a A$5 bonus. To clear it you need A$5 × 40 = A$200 in qualifying bets. Save to 2,000 points instead, which takes A$50,000 of pokies stakes, and the A$60 bonus carries A$2,400 of wagering.
The store is best seen as a small return on play you would have done anyway. At Golden Glimmer, 200 points are worth A$5 and need A$5,000 of pokies stakes to earn, about 0.1% of the amount wagered, before the 40× requirement.
Clearing a VegasNow store bonus: daily pace and fewest bets
Seven days passes quickly, so turn each store row into a daily figure before you exchange. The last column is the smallest number of bets that could clear it, since no single bet may top A$8 while the bonus runs.
| Exchange | Bonus | 40× target | Per day over 7 days | Fewest bets at A$8 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 points | A$5 | A$200 | about A$29 | 25 |
| 750 points | A$20 | A$800 | about A$114 | 100 |
| 2,000 points | A$60 | A$2,400 | about A$343 | 300 |
| 100,000 points | A$5,000 | A$200,000 | about A$28,571 | 25,000 |
These figures assume pokies at 100%. Move the A$5 bonus to roulette, counted at 25%, and the target becomes A$800 of bets; at blackjack or game shows, counted at 10%, it is A$2,000.

How VIP selection works
Sin City is by invitation. VIPs are selected on the basis of dedication and regular activity at VegasNow, not on a single large deposit or a fixed points total. If you believe your play fits, you can contact us and ask about VIP access.
Two practical points come with VIP status. First, under our general terms, VIP accounts may carry different withdrawal or daily limits at our discretion, so the standard ranges on our withdrawals page may not be the whole picture for a VIP. Second, the benefits above are what the VIP Lounge lists; specific gift values and tournament prizes are not published.
VIP status is not a reason to play more than you planned. Higher limits are only useful if they sit inside a budget you set for yourself.
Treat points as a thank-you for play you already enjoy, not a target to chase. The maths works out best that way.

Loyalty alongside the welcome package and promotions
The loyalty programme runs in the background of everything else. While you work through the four-stage welcome package (up to A$8,000 plus 500 free spins at 40×), your real-money pokies stakes are earning points at the same time. The same is true of the recurring offers on our weekly promotions page, such as the Tuesday Lucky 7s Load Up at 77% up to A$77.
What you cannot do is stack bonuses. Only one bonus can be active at a time, so plan exchanges for a point when no other bonus is running. If you are mid-way through a welcome stage, leave the points in your balance until it is done.
For game choice, the earning table points one way: pokies earn fastest. Popular titles in our lobby include Gates of Olympus and Book of Ra. Play what you enjoy, though, rather than steering towards whatever earns the most points.
Common loyalty mistakes
- Planning to clear a store bonus at baccarat. Baccarat earns points at the blackjack rate but counts 0% towards wagering, so a bonus played there never moves.
- Saving a lot bigger than your week. The 2,000-point exchange beats ten small ones by A$10, yet its A$2,400 target needs roughly A$343 a day. If that pace is beyond your normal play, take A$5 lots instead.
- Expecting VIP status to soften the rules. A bonus given to a Sin City member still carries 40× wagering, the A$8 bet ceiling and the seven-day window unless that offer states otherwise.
Our pokies lobby is where store bonuses clear fastest.
Keeping loyalty in proportion
Loyalty schemes reward volume, and that can nudge anyone towards playing longer than they meant to. Set a deposit limit in your VegasNow account, and use self-exclusion if you need a break. A level-up is never worth stretching your budget for.

Loyalty and VIP questions
Short answers to what players ask most about points and levels.
Do I need to join the loyalty programme?
No. Every account takes part from the first real-money bet and starts at Golden Glimmer I.
How many points does a pokies spin earn?
One redeemable point and one status point for every A$25 wagered with real money. Roulette earns one point per A$100, and blackjack and baccarat one per A$250.
What is the smallest Loyalty Store exchange?
200 points for a A$5 bonus at Golden Glimmer. Saving 2,000 points gets A$60, and higher levels get better rates.
Do exchanged bonuses have wagering?
Yes, 40×. A A$5 bonus needs A$200 in qualifying bets, and the A$8 maximum bet and game contribution rates apply.
How do I become a VIP?
VIPs are selected on dedication and regular activity. You can contact us to ask about VIP access through the support page.
What prizes come with each level?
Level rewards are shown in your account. We publish the earning rates, thresholds and store rows on this page, but not prize values per level.
Can I use a Loyalty Store bonus on live blackjack?
You can, but it clears slowly. Blackjack counts 10% towards wagering, so the A$200 target on a A$5 store bonus needs A$2,000 of hands inside seven days, each no bigger than A$8. On pokies, which count in full, the same target is A$200 of spins. Our live blackjack page covers the tables themselves.
