Live chat or email: picking the right VegasNow route

As well as email, you can reach us through the Live Support entry on the casino site itself. Each suits a different kind of question:

  • Live chat works for quick questions mid-session: which code belongs to which welcome stage, where a setting lives, or why a page has stopped responding.
  • Email to support@vegasnow.com works for anything that needs a written record, such as a withdrawal query, a document request, a complaint, or a request to close or exclude your account.

If a chat turns to money or documents, ask for a case reference and carry on by email under it, so the whole history sits in one thread. And check every address against this page before you write. A profile calling itself “VegasNow support” that asks you to confirm your login or send ID somewhere new is not us; ignore it and let us know.

Writing to us: getting it sorted on the first reply

The quickest support conversations are the ones where we have everything on the first message. Send your email from the address registered on your VegasNow account, so we can match it to you straight away. Put the topic in the subject line, for example "Withdrawal request, MiFinity" or "Bonus code VEGAS3 not applied", and keep one issue per email so nothing gets lost.

In the body, say what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and when. Add the amount, the payment method and the game name where they are relevant. A screenshot of an error message or of the cashier screen saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Following up when a reply does not settle it

If an answer leaves your question open, reply in the same thread and keep the case reference. Name the one point still unresolved and quote the part of our earlier reply you are responding to. Unrelated issues are easier to track as separate emails.

Under our terms, complaints go through customer support for internal review, so ask for a complaint reference and the next step. A formal complaint reads most clearly when it lists the dates, amounts and references, the outcome you want, and the licence holder, Just Entertainment B.V., with licence number OGL/2024/164/0246. We do not publish a fixed reply time, so ask when to expect the next update rather than sending the same message again.

Have these ready and the fix comes faster

  • Your VegasNow username and registered email address
  • The date and approximate time the problem happened
  • The amount, currency and payment method involved
  • The game name, or the bonus name and code
  • A screenshot of any error message

A checklist before your first deposit

Many support emails can be avoided with five minutes of preparation when you open your account.

  • Check your details. Your name and date of birth must match the documents you will use for verification.
  • Pick a payment method in your own name. Note its minimum: A$30 for card and MiFinity, A$25 for Cashtocode.
  • Decide on the bonus. Read the 40× wagering, the 7-day period and the A$8 maximum bet, or decline the bonus if you prefer.
  • Set a deposit limit. Choose it while you are planning, not mid-session.
  • Plan your withdrawal route. Bank routes start at A$300, MiFinity at A$30, and crypto has per-coin minimums.

Doing this once means your first withdrawal is usually just a request, with no surprises in between.

Payments and withdrawals

Most payment questions come down to limits and names. Card deposits run from A$30 to A$10,000, MiFinity from A$30 to A$4,000 and Cashtocode from A$25 to A$400. Crypto deposits have coin minimums, such as 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT, with no listed maximum. Every method must be registered in the account holder's name; a deposit from someone else's card or wallet cannot be accepted.

For withdrawals, the most common hold-up is the deposit wagering rule. Each deposit has to be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn. If you deposit A$200, that means A$600 of bets first. Requesting a withdrawal before then can lead to the request being refused or a processing fee being charged.

The second common cause is verification. We verify identity before paying out, and where possible we return funds to the method you used to deposit. Large amounts may be paid in instalments, and daily, weekly and monthly account caps apply under our terms. If you are asking about a pending withdrawal, include the amount, the method and the date you requested it.

We cover our own deposit costs. Your card provider, wallet or blockchain network may charge its own fee, and fees charged by a provider on withdrawals are borne by the customer.

Worked example: a withdrawal below the bank minimum

Your balance is A$250 and you ask for it to go to your bank through PayAnyBank, but the cashier refuses the request. Nothing is stuck: bank routes (Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire) start at A$300, so A$250 falls A$50 short of the floor.

The useful question is which route can take that amount. MiFinity covers A$30 to A$4,000 and crypto has per-coin ranges such as 20 to 4,000 USDT, but the answer for your account depends on how you deposited and whether the method is in your name. Ask it plainly: “My balance is A$250, under the A$300 bank minimum. Which withdrawal routes are open to me for this amount?”

Please don't keep playing just to lift the balance past A$300; that turns a payment question into a gambling decision. If our reply raises verification or the 3× deposit turnover, deal with each as its own step.

Verification, step by step

Registration and verification are separate. You can sign up, deposit and play first; we will ask for verification documents later, at the latest before your first withdrawal. Completing it early means your first cash-out is not waiting on paperwork.

  1. Wait for our request or ask for it. Email support@vegasnow.com if you want to verify before you need to withdraw.
  2. Send clear copies. Make sure all four corners of each document are visible and the text is readable.
  3. Match your account details. The name and date of birth on your documents should match what you entered at sign-up.
  4. Watch your inbox. If anything else is needed, we will tell you by email.

The registration page explains what you enter at sign-up and why it matters at verification.

Bonus questions

Most bonus questions are about whether an offer applied and how much wagering is left. The welcome package has four stages. The first needs no code and gives 150% up to A$1,500 plus 200 spins; stages two, three and four need the codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 and give 100% up to A$2,000, 50% up to A$2,000 and 25% up to A$2,500, with 50, 50 and 200 spins. Each stage requires a deposit of at least A$20, plus any higher minimum on your payment method.

Bonuses carry 40× wagering on the bonus amount, completed within 7 days. A A$150 bonus means A$6,000 of bets. Free spins are released after your deposit is wagered once, and free-spin winnings also carry 40× with a A$300 cap on welcome spin winnings. Deposit-bonus winnings are capped at A$5,000 per offer.

When you contact us about a bonus, tell us the stage or promotion name, the code you used, the deposit amount and the time. If you would rather play without a bonus, you can decline it; just let us know if one has been applied that you did not want. The promo codes page lists where each code applies.

Worked example: a VegasNow second-deposit bonus that did not appear

You deposit A$80 for the second welcome stage, expecting a 100% match: A$80 in bonus funds carrying A$3,200 of wagering (A$80 × 40), plus 50 free spins. Your balance shows only the A$80. Before writing in, run four checks:

  1. Was VEGAS2 entered with the deposit rather than afterwards?
  2. Was the first-stage bonus still running? Only one bonus can be active at a time.
  3. Had that first bonus finished, been declined or passed its 7 days?
  4. Is it only the spins that are missing? They are released once the deposit has been wagered once, which here means A$80 of play.

Then send us the answers along with the deposit time, amount and method. If the code was left out, ask whether the offer can still be applied rather than assuming it will be. And if you would prefer to keep the A$80 free of wagering, tell us: any bonus can be declined. The promo codes page shows where each code goes.

Loyalty points and VIP questions

Points are earned on real-money play: 1 redeemable point and 1 status point per A$25 wagered on slots, 1 point per A$100 on roulette, and 1 point per A$250 on blackjack and baccarat. Points are counted on wagers made with real money and the rate depends on the game type, so if your total looks lower than expected, check which games the session was spent on.

Points are exchanged in the Loyalty Store, from 200 points for A$5 at the Golden Glimmer level, and the bonus you receive carries 40× wagering. Status points decide your level, from Golden Glimmer I through to Bella Vista at 5,000,000 status points.

VIP Lounge membership is by selection, based on dedication and regular activity, and you are welcome to contact us about VIP access. VIP status can carry different withdrawal or daily limits at our discretion. The VIP and loyalty page sets out the published levels and benefits.

Questions about a game

If a game result or a feature looks wrong, write down the game name, the studio if you know it, the time of the round and your stake, and take a screenshot if you can. That lets us trace the exact round in the game history. For live games such as Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time or live blackjack, include the table name too, as several versions of each may be running.

Questions about how a game works are often answered in its info panel, which shows the paytable and rules. Our games page explains the main features in the lobby, and the studios publish their own rules as well.

Phone and browser problems

VegasNow runs in your browser on desktop and mobile, so many display problems are solved by refreshing the page, updating the browser or clearing its cache for the site. If you use the Home Screen icon and it asks you to sign in again, that is expected after a sign-out or cache clear. When writing to us about a display issue, mention your device, operating system and browser. The mobile page covers Home Screen setup on iPhone and Android.

Signing in and account security

If you cannot sign in, start with a password reset from the sign-in screen. Check that you are using the email address you registered with, and that caps lock is off. If a reset email does not arrive, look in your spam folder before writing to us.

Keep your account to yourself. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, sign out on shared devices, and contact support@vegasnow.com straight away if you notice activity you do not recognise. Our login help page covers the sign-in screen in more detail.

Support for how you play, not just your account

Customer care is also the place to ask about deposit limits and self-exclusion. You can set limits in your account, and if you would like help choosing a limit or want to take a longer break, write to us and we will apply it.

Asking for a limit is never an unusual request. It is one of the most useful emails a player can send us.

FAQ

Support questions, answered

Quick answers about contacting VegasNow.

How do I contact VegasNow?

Email our customer care team at support@vegasnow.com from the address registered on your account. Include your username and a clear description of the issue.

Why was my withdrawal refused?

The usual reasons are that a deposit has not yet been wagered 3×, verification is not complete, or the amount is outside the method's range. Bank routes run A$300–6,000 and MiFinity A$30–4,000.

My bonus code did not work. What should I check?

Make sure the deposit was at least A$20 (A$30 for card or MiFinity), the code matches the stage (VEGAS2, VEGAS3 or VEGAS4), and no other bonus is active.

When do I need to verify my account?

Verification is separate from sign-up and is required before a withdrawal. You can ask us to start it earlier.

Can support set a deposit limit for me?

Yes. You can set limits in your account, or email us and we will help. Self-exclusion is also available.

Where can I get help if gambling is becoming a problem?

Call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 or visit gamblinghelponline.org.au. You can also set deposit limits or self-exclude from your VegasNow account.

Is the VIP team available around the clock?

Members of our VIP Lounge have a dedicated account manager and a VIP team available 24/7. Other players should email support@vegasnow.com.

Does VegasNow have live chat?

Yes. Look for the Live Support entry on the casino site itself. It is handy for quick questions during a session. For a withdrawal, a document request or a complaint, also email support@vegasnow.com from your registered address and quote any case reference from the chat, so the team can link the two conversations.

How long does VegasNow support take to reply?

We do not publish a fixed reply time, and it varies with the question: a code query is simpler than a withdrawal that needs a verification check. Sending everything in the first email, including your username, the amount, method, time and a screenshot, usually saves a round of questions. If you need to chase, reply in the same thread.

How do I close my VegasNow account or take a break?

Email support@vegasnow.com and say plainly whether you want the account closed, a deposit limit set or a self-exclusion applied, and for how long. Ask us to confirm the scope and the date it takes effect, then keep that reply. Limits and self-exclusion can also be set inside your account. Our responsible gambling page explains each option.
