Quick read

Five things to know about signing in

The essentials, before the step-by-step detail.

🔑

One login, every device

The details you chose at sign-up work in any modern browser, so desktop and mobile share one balance.

📱

No app to download

VegasNow runs in your browser. You can save it to your home screen for one-tap access.

🔄

Reset from the sign-in screen

Forgotten your password? The reset option sits on the same screen where you log in.

🛡

Your password stays yours

Do not share it with anyone, including someone who says they are from our team.

Stuck? Email us

Our customer care team is at support@vegasnow.com if a reset does not solve the problem.

How signing in works

Open VegasNow and choose the sign-in option. The sign-in screen asks for the login details you set when you registered, along with your password. Enter both, confirm, and you land in the lobby with your balance, any active bonus and your account settings exactly as you left them.

Because VegasNow is browser-based, the same details work everywhere. Sign in on a desktop at home, then on your phone later, and you are in the same account with the same balance. There is no separate mobile wallet, no syncing and no second password to remember. Our mobile page covers how the site behaves on smaller screens.

If you have not opened an account yet, the sign-in screen cannot help you. Start at registration instead. The form asks for your account details, country, currency and date of birth, and you must be 18 or older to join.

Sign in faster on your phone

There is no native VegasNow app to download, and you do not need one. You can save the site to your home screen so it opens like an app:

  1. iPhone or iPad (Safari): open VegasNow, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Where offered, keep "Open as Web App" switched on.
  2. Android (Chrome): open VegasNow, tap the More menu, then Install or create a shortcut.

The icon opens straight to the site, where you sign in as usual. Be wary of any download claiming to be a VegasNow app.

Troubleshooting

Login not going through? Match the symptom

Most sign-in problems have a simple cause. Find yours in the left column.

Working through a stubborn login

If the table did not solve it, go through these checks in order. Each one rules out a cause, and most players are back in by the third step.

  • Check the address bar. Make sure you are on the genuine VegasNow site, not a lookalike page reached through an advert or message. Typing the address yourself or using your home-screen icon avoids this.
  • Clear the saved password. Browsers often keep an old password after a reset. Delete the stored entry and type the current one.
  • Clear the cache for the site. A stale page can hold an expired session. Clearing site data and reloading forces a fresh sign-in screen.
  • Try another browser. If Chrome fails, try Safari or Firefox. If it works there, the problem is a setting or extension in the first browser.
  • Turn off aggressive extensions. Some privacy and ad-blocking extensions interfere with sign-in forms. Pause them for VegasNow and retry.
  • Reset the password. If you are unsure what the password is, resetting it is quicker than guessing.

Writing to VegasNow support about a login problem

If those checks have not got you back in, a short, specific email gets sorted faster than a long one. Our team first has to tell whether the fault lies with your browser, your password or the account itself, and four details usually settle it:

  • Where it stopped: the form never loaded, or your details went through and were rejected.
  • The exact wording on screen, copied word for word or as a cropped screenshot.
  • Device, browser and time, for example Android, Chrome, about 9:40 pm AEDT.
  • Inbox access: whether you can still open the registered email.

A message you can adapt: “Since about 9:40 pm AEDT, on Android in Chrome, the sign-in screen shows [message] after I enter my details. I requested a reset at 9:50 pm and nothing has arrived, though I can still open my registered inbox. What should I try next?”

Leave out your password and any reset link, and keep follow-ups in one email thread. Our support page covers other kinds of question.

Resetting a forgotten password

The password reset starts on the sign-in screen itself. Choose the forgotten-password option and follow the instructions shown. You will normally be asked for the email address on your account, and a reset message is sent there. Open it on a device you trust, follow the link, and choose a new password.

A few points make the reset smoother:

  1. Use the registered address. The reset only works with the email linked to your VegasNow account. If you have changed email providers since signing up, contact our team.
  2. Act on the message promptly. Reset links are usually time-limited for security. If one has expired, request a fresh one.
  3. Pick something new. Do not reuse an old VegasNow password or one you use on any other site.
  4. Update your saved passwords. Change the entry in your browser or password manager straight away so the old one does not autofill next time.

If no reset message arrives after checking your spam and promotions folders, email support@vegasnow.com from the address on your account. Our support page explains what to include so the team can help quickly.

Already a VegasNow member? Recover the account, don't open another

Our terms allow one account per person, so signing up again is not a shortcut back to the lobby. A duplicate can freeze bonuses and stall withdrawals on both records while we work out which one is genuine.

Not sure which email you used, or whether an older account is still open? Say exactly that. Write to support@vegasnow.com from an address you control, give the name and date of birth on the account, and list the emails you might have registered with, so we can find the existing record.

If the registered inbox is gone for good, only our team can change the email on file, and we may confirm your identity first. Anyone with no account at all can start on the registration page.

Keeping your account secure

Your VegasNow account holds real money, your verification documents and your payment details, so it deserves the same care as your banking login. Most account problems we see come down to a reused or shared password, not a weakness in the site.

  • Use a unique password. If another website is breached, a reused password lets someone try it here. A password manager makes unique passwords painless.
  • Make it long. A passphrase of several unrelated words is both stronger and easier to remember than a short jumble of symbols.
  • Keep your email secure. Your email can reset your VegasNow password, so protect it with a strong password and whatever extra sign-in protection your provider offers.
  • Never share your login. Your account is for you alone. Letting someone else play on it can cause problems at verification and withdrawal.

Our official Instagram account is @vegasnowcasino. Treat other accounts using our name, especially ones sending direct messages with links or "bonus" offers, with suspicion.

Making sure the sign-in page really belongs to VegasNow

Copycat casino pages and so-called mirror links exist to harvest usernames and passwords. A fake can copy our logo and colours perfectly, so judge a page by its address and licence details, never its looks.

  • Arrive the same way every time: your Home Screen icon, a bookmark you saved yourself, or the address typed by hand. Skip sign-in links in unexpected texts or direct messages.
  • Read the address before you type. Swapped letters, extra words or an odd ending are reasons to close the tab.
  • Compare it with the licence record. Our footer names Just Entertainment B.V. and licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and the Curaçao licence validator shows the domains approved under it.
  • Distrust “new” or “backup” login addresses sent to you privately.

Typed your details into a suspected fake? Reset your password on the genuine site at once, change it anywhere else you used it, and tell support@vegasnow.com.

What you will find once you are signed in

Signing in gives you access to the parts of VegasNow that are tied to your account. Spend a minute finding each on your first visit; it saves time later.

  • Cashier. Deposit by card from AUD 30 to AUD 10,000, MiFinity from AUD 30 to AUD 4,000, Cashtocode, or one of ten cryptocurrencies. The payments page lists every limit.
  • My Account. Withdrawals are requested here, and so is verification. See the withdrawals page for ranges and the 3× deposit rule.
  • Bonuses. The welcome package runs across four deposits, up to A$8,000 plus 500 free spins at 40× wagering. Codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 apply to the second, third and fourth stages.
  • Loyalty. Status points and redeemable points build up as you play with real money. The details of your level are visible in your account; the VIP and loyalty page explains the published structure.
  • Limits. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are set from your account.

Set your deposit limit the first time you sign in. It takes a minute, and it is much easier to decide calmly before a session than during one.

Claiming a welcome stage from your account

Bonuses attach to deposits made while you are signed in. Here is how the four stages line up.

A worked example after your first sign-in

You sign in for the first time and deposit A$100 by card. That clears the A$20 offer minimum and the AUD 30 card minimum, and the first stage adds a 150% match: A$150 in bonus funds. Wagering is 40× the bonus, so A$150 × 40 = A$6,000 in qualifying bets within 7 days. Pokies count in full, roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10% and baccarat not at all. The free spins on that stage are credited once your deposit has been wagered once, and their winnings also carry 40× wagering, capped at A$300.

While the bonus is active, keep each bet at A$8 or less, and remember that only one bonus can run at a time. If the numbers do not suit you, decline the bonus and play with your deposit alone. The full rules are in our bonus terms and conditions and on our bonuses page.

Verification and your login

Signing in and verifying are different things. You can sign in, deposit and play as soon as your account is open. Verification is a separate step that can be requested later, most often before your first withdrawal, and it is completed from inside your account.

Doing it early has a practical benefit: your first withdrawal does not have to wait for documents. Check that the name and date of birth on your profile match your ID exactly. If you cannot sign in to upload documents, sort the login first using the steps above, then return to verification.

Taking a break from your account

Sometimes the right move is not to sign in at all. Your VegasNow account has deposit limits and self-exclusion so you can control how much and how often you play. If you have chosen a self-exclusion, please respect it and do not try to open another account to get around it.

If gambling is causing harm, talk to someone. Gambling Help Online is free, confidential and available on 1800 858 858 or at gamblinghelponline.org.au. Our responsible gambling page explains every tool in your account. VegasNow is for adults 18 and over only.

VegasNow login mistakes that turn a quick fix into a long one

  • Hammering the password field. One reset beats a string of guesses and leaves a clear trail if our team needs to look.
  • Resetting to fix the wrong thing. A new password will not lift an account restriction or repair a game that refuses to open once you are in the lobby. Report those with the exact message instead.
  • Letting the registered inbox lapse. Switching email providers? Ask us to update the record while the old address still works.
  • Reading a sign-in as clearance to withdraw. Payouts still need verification, the 3× deposit turnover and an amount within the method range, as our withdrawals page shows.
  • Expecting a reset to revive a bonus. The 7-day period runs from the offer, not your last visit.

Sign-in questions

Quick answers to the login questions we hear most.

Is there a VegasNow app I need to sign in to?

No. VegasNow runs in your mobile or desktop browser. You can add it to your home screen through Safari's Share menu or Chrome's More menu for one-tap access.

I forgot my password. What now?

Use the forgotten-password option on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered email. If nothing arrives, check spam, then email support@vegasnow.com.

Can I use the same login on my phone and computer?

Yes. It is one account, so the same details open the same balance on every device.

Do I need to verify before I can sign in?

No. Verification is separate and is typically needed before a withdrawal. You can sign in and play first.

Someone asked for my password. Is that normal?

No. Never share it. Contact support@vegasnow.com directly if you receive a request like that, and change your password if you think it has been exposed.

Who can I contact if I am locked out?

Our customer care team at support@vegasnow.com. Write from your registered email and describe what you see on screen. More options are on the support page.

Can I open a new VegasNow account if I cannot remember my login?

Please don't. Our terms allow one account per person, and a duplicate can hold up bonuses and withdrawals while we work out which record is genuine. Try the forgotten-password option first. If you are unsure which email you registered with, write to support@vegasnow.com with your name, date of birth and the addresses you might have used, and we will look for the existing account.

Why can I sign in to VegasNow but one game will not load?

That points to the game or your connection rather than your login, so resetting the password will not help. Reload the lobby, open a different title to compare, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the same game keeps failing, send support the exact title, the studio, the time and any error text so the team can trace the problem.

Does signing in to VegasNow mean I can withdraw straight away?

No. Signing in only confirms your password. Before a payout, verification must be complete, each deposit must have been wagered three times, and the amount has to fit the method: MiFinity takes A$30 to A$4,000 and bank transfer A$300 to A$6,000. Large amounts may be paid in instalments, and daily, weekly and monthly caps also apply.
