What the record confirms

A licence is a public entry, not a badge. The value of a licence is that anyone can look it up. Our full licence statement reads: VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. Each part of that sentence can be compared with the authority's certificate page.

Three details that should agree. The licence number, the holder's name and the status on the certificate are what to look at. When they match what you see in our footer, the record is doing its job. When you reach VegasNow through an unfamiliar link, run the same comparison; a genuine licence for our site says nothing about a copy on another address.

Where the licence comes from. Our licence is issued in Curaçao rather than by an Australian state or territory regulator. The Curaçao Gaming Authority is therefore the body that oversees VegasNow, and the certificate page is where its record of us is published.

Checking the entry in four steps

  • Scroll to the VegasNow footer and note the licence number and the company named there.
  • Open the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page for OGL/2024/164/0246.
  • Confirm the holder reads Just Entertainment B.V. and check the status shown.
  • If anything differs from the footer, hold off depositing and ask support@vegasnow.com about it.

It takes a couple of minutes and is worth repeating whenever you arrive through a link you have not used before. The certificate is the reference; the footer is the claim you compare with it. For a wider look at the company, terms and payment rules, see is VegasNow legit.

How the licence shapes your account

The licence sits behind the rules that govern every account. Those rules are published in two places: our general terms, version 2.3 dated 20 January 2024, and our bonus terms, dated 26 February 2024. Together they set out who can play, how payments must be made and how bonuses work.

  • Age: accounts are for adults aged 18 and over.
  • Verification: identity checks can be requested, normally before the first withdrawal.
  • Payments: methods must be in the account holder's name, and deposits must be wagered 3× before related funds can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses: 40× wagering, up to seven days, a maximum bet of A$8 while a bonus is active, and one active bonus at a time.
  • Limits: the terms set daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, and larger amounts may be paid in instalments.

The summary of the general rules is on our terms page, method ranges are on the payments page, and the cash-out process is on the withdrawals page.

Where a licence stops

Being straight about a licence includes being straight about its limits. A licence shows that a regulator has the company on its books and can hold it to account. It does not insure a balance, it does not guarantee any game result, and it does not replace the terms you accept when you open an account.

Game fairness rests with the studios that build the games, such as Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, BGaming and Evolution, which publish their own rules and RTP figures. RTP is a long-run average, not a promise for one session. If you ever want a break from play, our safer play page explains deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion.

Two numbers, two different records

Our licence statement carries two identifiers, and they are easy to mix up. Curaçao company 160603 is the registration of Just Entertainment B.V. as a company. OGL/2024/164/0246 is the gaming licence that company holds from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. When you compare our footer with the certificate, it is the licence number and the holder's name that should line up.

The same licence and the same terms apply however you reach your account, whether from a laptop or from the Home Screen shortcut on your phone.
