How it works

From sign-up to first withdrawal

The four stages of a new VegasNow account, in the order they happen.

  1. Register

Fill in your account details, country, currency and date of birth. You must be 18 or older.

  2. Deposit

Fund the account with card, MiFinity, Cashtocode or crypto. A deposit of A$20 or more qualifies for a welcome stage.

  3. Verify

Confirm your identity from inside your account. It can be requested later, often before a withdrawal.

  4. Withdraw

Request a payout in My Account to a method in your own name, within its published range.

What the registration form asks for

Our sign-up form is deliberately short. It asks for your account details (the login and contact details you will use), your country, your currency and your date of birth. You also accept our terms and conditions before the account is created. There is nothing to upload at this stage.

Each field matters later, so fill them in carefully:

  • Use details that match your ID. Your name and date of birth will be compared with your documents at verification. A nickname or a typo now becomes a delay later.
  • Choose an email you check. It is where password resets and account messages arrive.
  • Select Australia and your currency correctly. They shape the cashier you see and the way amounts are displayed. Our Australian offers are shown in dollars, or the equivalent in your account currency.
  • Pick a strong, unique password. A passphrase of several unrelated words is easy to remember and hard to guess. Do not reuse one from another site.

Creating your VegasNow account, click by click

  1. Open the genuine site. Use a bookmark you made or type the address yourself, and read the address bar before entering anything personal. Lookalike sign-up pages copy our design to collect identity details.
  2. Choose Join Now and complete the form: account details, country, currency and date of birth.
  3. Read the terms shown with the form. The company named there is Just Entertainment B.V.; save a copy with your records.
  4. Submit once. Pressing the button repeatedly can leave you unsure whether one account or two now exist.
  5. Watch for our welcome email in the inbox you registered, including the spam and promotions folders.
  6. Pause at the deposit page. It appears next, but funding the account is a separate choice you can make later.

Worked examples with real numbers

First deposit. You register and deposit A$100. The first stage matches 150%, adding A$150 in bonus funds, plus the stage's free spins once the deposit has been wagered once. To clear the bonus you need A$150 × 40 = A$6,000 in qualifying bets within 7 days. On pokies, which count 100% (with some exceptions), that is A$6,000 of spins. On roulette, which counts 25%, the same target takes A$24,000 of bets, which is why most players clear bonuses on pokies.

Second deposit. A week later you deposit A$200 with the code VEGAS2. The second stage matches 100%, so A$200 is added, with a wagering target of A$200 × 40 = A$8,000. Blackjack and game shows count only 10% and baccarat does not count at all, so the game you choose decides how realistic that target is.

The ceiling. To receive the largest first-stage bonus of A$1,500, you would deposit A$1,000 (150% of A$1,000 is A$1,500), and the wagering would be A$60,000. Bigger is not automatically better. Choose a deposit you are comfortable losing, and claim only the stages that suit your play. Full details are on our bonuses page and the free spins page.

Verify early

Finish verification before you need a payout

Verification is separate from registration. We may request it later, and it is required before a withdrawal can be completed. You can do it from your account as soon as it is open.

  • Make sure your profile name and date of birth match your ID.
  • Use payment methods held in your own name.
  • Follow the instructions shown in your account's verification area.

Getting it done on day one means your first withdrawal is not held up waiting for documents.

When VegasNow asks for documents

A verification request often arrives once you have been playing for a while, commonly when you ask for a first withdrawal. Uploads go through the Documents area of your profile after you sign in, and the status of each file shows there too.

  • Read the request closely. It names the document and what it must show. Ask first if anything is unclear.
  • Uploaded does not mean approved. Check the status afterwards; a blurred or cropped image can come back with a fresh request.
  • Stick to the secure route. Never send ID through Instagram, a public review or an email address that does not appear on our own pages.
  • Keep the reference. Store the request and every reply together so a later question attaches to the right case.

Your first deposit: which method to use

Once registered, you fund the account from the cashier. Our Australian table lists credit card (AUD 30 to AUD 10,000), MiFinity (AUD 30 to AUD 4,000), Cashtocode (AUD 25 to AUD 400 in its row, with AUD 30 mentioned in the cashier introduction) and ten cryptocurrencies with coin minimums such as 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT. Every method must be in your own name.

Think about your exit before you choose. Card and Cashtocode are deposit-only in our Australian table. MiFinity and crypto work both ways, and bank transfers through Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire are available for withdrawals from AUD 300. Each deposit must also be wagered 3× before related funds can be withdrawn, whether or not you take a bonus. The payments page and withdrawals page have the full tables.

Planning your exit: a A$30 card deposit worked through

Say you register and make the smallest card deposit, A$30, without a bonus. That deposit must be wagered three times under our terms, so A$90 in bets come before any related withdrawal. Suppose the week ends with a balance of A$180.

  • Bank transfer through Inpay, PayAnyBank or Wire starts at A$300, so A$180 sits A$120 below that floor.
  • MiFinity pays out from A$30 to A$4,000, so A$180 fits, as long as the wallet is in your name.
  • Crypto runs on per-coin ranges, for example 20 to 4,000 USDT, counted in coins rather than dollars.

None of this shows on the sign-up form, which is why the withdrawal route is worth choosing before the first deposit rather than after a win. Card is not listed for payouts in our Australian table, so ask us which route applies to a card deposit if you are unsure. Our withdrawals page has every range.

Loyalty points from your first real-money bet

Every new account starts at Golden Glimmer I, the first of seven levels in our loyalty programme. Points build up from real-money play: on pokies you earn one redeemable point and one status point for every A$25 wagered, on roulette one point per A$100, and on blackjack and baccarat one point per A$250. Status points move you up the levels, with Golden Glimmer II at 600 status points and Golden Glimmer III at 2,000.

Redeemable points can be exchanged in the Loyalty Store. At Golden Glimmer level, 200 points convert to a A$5 bonus, and higher levels get better rates. Bonuses from exchanged points carry 40× wagering, like other bonuses. The VIP and loyalty page sets out the published levels, the store rates and our Sin City VIP Lounge.

Who runs VegasNow

VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. You can check the licence on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register, and our licensing page explains what it covers.

When you register you agree to our terms and bonus terms. They set the rules on payment-method ownership, the 3× deposit turnover, account withdrawal caps and the conditions on every bonus. It is worth reading the bonus terms and conditions before your first deposit, especially the 40× wagering, the A$8 maximum bet and the game contribution rates.

Fill in the form exactly as your ID reads, set a deposit limit, then decide on a bonus. In that order, the rest of the account tends to look after itself.

A first-session checklist

Once the account is open, a few minutes of setup makes everything after it simpler. Work through this list before your first real-money spin:

  • Set a deposit limit for the day, week or month, at a level you would be comfortable losing.
  • Start verification so a later withdrawal is not waiting on documents.
  • Decide on the bonus before you deposit. If 40× wagering on a 7-day clock does not suit you, decline it.
  • Check the cashier for your method's minimum, and plan which method you would use to withdraw.
  • Save VegasNow to your home screen through Safari's Share menu or Chrome's More menu if you play on your phone.
  • Browse the lobby by title, provider or category, and save the games you like.

Set your limits on day one

The best time to decide how much you will spend is before your first deposit. Your VegasNow account includes deposit limits and self-exclusion. Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit as soon as you register, and treat gambling as paid entertainment rather than a way to make money.

VegasNow is for adults 18 and over only. If gambling stops being fun for you or someone close to you, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support on 1800 858 858 and at gamblinghelponline.org.au. Our responsible gambling page explains every tool available in your account.

Sign-up mistakes that cause trouble later

Most account problems we see trace back to the first five minutes. None of them are hard to avoid once you know about them.

  1. A date of birth or name that does not match your ID. It looks harmless at sign-up, but verification compares the two, and a mismatch stalls a withdrawal.
  2. Paying with someone else's card or wallet. Payment methods must be in the account holder's name. A partner's card can lead to a refused withdrawal and an account review.
  3. Depositing the largest amount to chase the biggest bonus. A A$1,000 first deposit earns A$1,500 in bonus funds, but also A$60,000 in wagering within 7 days. Size the deposit to your budget, not to the ceiling.
  4. Forgetting the codes. The second, third and fourth stages need VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4. Our promo codes page explains where they go.
  5. Betting above A$8 with a bonus active. The maximum bet applies to every spin and hand until the wagering is finished or the bonus is declined.

If the VegasNow sign-up stops before confirmation

Now and then the form hangs, the page reloads, or the welcome email never turns up. Before trying again, pin down where it stopped, because each point needs a different response.

Before you sign up

Answers to the questions new players ask most.

What do I need to register?

Your account details, country, currency and date of birth, plus acceptance of our terms. No documents are needed at sign-up.

When do I have to verify my identity?

Verification is a separate step that can be requested later. It is required before a withdrawal can be completed, so many players do it straight after registering.

Can I sign up on my phone?

Yes. VegasNow runs in your mobile browser and you can save it to your home screen. There is no app to download; see the mobile page.

Is the welcome bonus automatic?

The first stage needs no code on a qualifying deposit of A$20 or more. The second, third and fourth stages use the codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4. You can decline any bonus.

What is the smallest first deposit?

The offer needs A$20, but card and MiFinity have an AUD 30 minimum, so in practice A$30 is the lowest card or MiFinity deposit.

How old do I have to be?

You must be 18 or older. Your date of birth is collected at registration and checked at verification.

I already have a VegasNow account. Can I register again?

No. Our terms allow one account per person, so please recover the account you have. Use the forgotten-password option on the sign-in screen, or email support@vegasnow.com if you are unsure which address you used. A duplicate account can hold up bonuses and withdrawals while we work out which record is the genuine one.

Can I fix a mistake in my details after signing up to VegasNow?

Yes, through our team rather than a new account. Email support@vegasnow.com from your registered address, say which detail is wrong and what it should read, and we will tell you what proof is needed. Correcting a name or date of birth early is far easier than untangling it in the middle of a withdrawal.

Which company am I signing up with?

Your account is held with Just Entertainment B.V., Curaçao company number 160603, holder of licence OGL/2024/164/0246 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The licence has been active since 13 August 2024, and the public validator shows its status and approved domains. Keep a copy of the terms you accepted at sign-up alongside your confirmation email.
