Who looks after your information
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we ask for when you play with us, why we need it and how you can get in touch about it. It is a summary for Australian players, written so you know what to expect before you open an account.
What we ask for, and when
Information reaches us at a few distinct points in your time with VegasNow.
When you register
Your account details, country, currency and date of birth. These set up your VegasNow account and confirm you are an adult.
When we verify you
Identity documents, requested separately from sign-up, often before your first withdrawal. They confirm the account belongs to you.
When you pay or get paid
Details of your deposits and withdrawals and the payment methods you use, which must be in your own name.
When you play
Your game activity, bonuses and loyalty points, so we can apply bonus rules and credit your rewards correctly.
Why we need it
Every item we collect has a job to do. Your registration details let us open and run your account and show balances in the currency you chose. Your date of birth confirms you are 18 or over, because VegasNow is for adults only. Verification documents make sure that the person withdrawing money is the person who owns the account, which protects your balance as much as it protects us.
Payment records let us process deposits and withdrawals, check that methods are in the account holder's name and apply our deposit and withdrawal rules. Play records let us track bonus wagering, apply the maximum bet while a bonus is active and credit loyalty points at the published rates. We also use account information to meet the conditions of our licence and to detect fraud or misuse.
If you set deposit limits or choose self-exclusion, we keep a record of those choices so they work as intended. That information exists to support you, and the tools are explained on our responsible gambling page.
Who else may see it
- Payment providers handle your deposits and withdrawals, for example card processors, MiFinity, Cashtocode or crypto payment services, depending on the method you choose.
- Verification and security services may help us check documents and protect accounts against fraud.
- Game studios such as the providers whose titles appear in our lobby receive the information needed to run a game session.
- Our regulator and other authorities may receive information where our licence or the law requires it.
We share only what each party needs for its task, and only for the purposes described on this page.
Cookies and your browser
VegasNow runs in your web browser, on desktop and on mobile. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep your session secure. You can review and clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop you from staying signed in. If you add VegasNow to your Home Screen, the shortcut uses the same browser storage as the site itself.
Your choices and how to reach us
You can update many account details from My Account. To ask what information we hold about you, to correct something that is wrong or to raise any privacy question, contact our customer care team at support@vegasnow.com or through the options on our support page. Some records, such as transaction history, may need to be kept to meet the conditions of our licence even after an account is closed. Promotional messages can be managed from your account settings.
The full rules that apply to your account, including payments and bonuses, are on our terms page, and details of our licence are on the licensing page.
Privacy questions

Why must my payment method be in my name?
Our terms require it. It helps make sure money goes to and from the account holder only.
