Funding your VegasNow account from Australia
Our Australian cashier lists three kinds of deposit: card, MiFinity and Cashtocode in Australian dollars, plus ten cryptocurrencies with their own minimums. This page sets out every published limit, what the "Free" and "Instant" labels mean, and the account rules that sit behind a deposit.

Five points to settle before your first deposit
The short version of how our cashier works for Australian players, before the method-by-method detail.
Three AUD methods
Credit card, MiFinity and Cashtocode are the Australian-dollar rows in our deposit table. Each has its own floor and ceiling.
Ten crypto options
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and six more coins appear with coin-denominated minimums and no published maximum.
Labels, not promises
Every row carries "Free" and "Instant" labels. We cover our own deposit costs, but a provider or network may still charge its own fee.
Your name only
Cards, wallets and accounts used to pay must belong to the person who holds the VegasNow account. No exceptions.
Play it through 3×
A deposit needs to be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn, so a deposit is not a parking spot for cash.
Card, MiFinity and Cashtocode limits
These are the Australian-dollar rows exactly as our cashier publishes them. Amounts are per transaction.
| Method | Type | Minimum | Maximum | Labels shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Credit card | Card | AUD 30 | AUD 10,000 | Free · Instant |
| MiFinity | E-wallet | AUD 30 | AUD 4,000 | Free · Instant |
| Cashtocode | Cash voucher | AUD 25 (row) / AUD 30 (intro text) | AUD 400 | Free · Instant |
Credit card: the widest range in the table
A credit card is the most flexible Australian-dollar route into your VegasNow balance. The table allows anything from AUD 30 up to AUD 10,000 in a single deposit, which covers both a modest weekend top-up and the larger amounts needed to reach the upper stages of the welcome package. You enter the card details in the cashier, confirm the amount, and complete any check your bank asks for.
Two practical points are worth knowing in advance. First, the card has to be in your own name, matching the name on your VegasNow profile; a partner's card or a company card will create problems later when your account is reviewed. Second, your bank decides whether it will process a gambling transaction at all. Some Australian issuers decline these payments regardless of balance, and when that happens the refusal comes from the bank, not from us. Trying the same card repeatedly will not change the bank's answer, so switch to MiFinity or crypto instead.
Card is a deposit route only in our Australian table; it does not appear among the withdrawal methods. If you fund by card, decide early whether you will cash out through MiFinity, one of the bank-transfer rows or a crypto wallet. Our withdrawals page lists each of those routes with its range.

MiFinity works both ways
MiFinity accepts deposits from AUD 30 to AUD 4,000 per transaction. What makes it stand out is that it is also listed on the withdrawal side with the same AUD 30 to AUD 4,000 range, so one wallet can carry money in and out of your VegasNow account.
You need a MiFinity account registered in your own name before you start. In our cashier you pick MiFinity, enter the amount and approve the payment from the wallet. Any fee MiFinity itself charges is between you and MiFinity; our side of the deposit costs you nothing.
Compare payout routesCashtocode: a cash voucher with a firm ceiling
Cashtocode lets you pay with a voucher rather than a card or wallet. Its row in our table shows a range of AUD 25 to AUD 400. The introduction above the table states a general AUD 30 minimum, so the two figures do not quite agree; plan on AUD 30 and you will clear both. The AUD 400 cap makes Cashtocode the most contained option in the cashier, which some players use deliberately as a spending ceiling.
Cashtocode is not listed as a withdrawal method, so like card it is a one-way route. Keep that in mind if you are depositing with a voucher and hope to cash out a win: you will need a receiving method such as MiFinity, a bank transfer row or crypto, and the account checks that come with it.
Published minimums for each coin
Crypto rows are listed in the coin itself rather than in Australian dollars, and the table states no maximum.
| Coin | Minimum deposit | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.0001 BTC | No max limit |
| Bitcoin Cash (BCH) | 0.001 BCH | No max limit |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 0.01 LTC | No max limit |
| Ethereum (ETH) | 0.002 ETH | No max limit |
| Ripple (XRP) | 4 XRP | No max limit |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | 1 DOGE | No max limit |
| Tether (USDT) | 5 USDT | No max limit |
| Cardano (ADA) | 2 ADA | No max limit |
| Tron (TRX) | 10 TRX | No max limit |
| BNB | 0.01 BNB | No max limit |
How a crypto deposit actually reaches your balance
Crypto deposits run through our crypto payment processor. You choose the coin in the cashier, and it shows you a deposit address for that coin. You then send the funds from your own wallet. Because the minimums are set in the coin rather than in dollars, the Australian-dollar value of, say, 0.002 ETH moves with the market, so check the current value before you send.
Three habits prevent nearly every crypto deposit problem:
- Match the coin to the address. Send Litecoin only to the Litecoin address and Tether only to the Tether address the cashier gives you. A transfer on the wrong coin or network may not be recoverable.
- Send at least the minimum after fees. Your wallet or exchange takes a network fee from the transfer, so the amount that arrives can be smaller than the amount you sent. Leave a margin above the listed minimum.
- Keep the transaction hash. If a deposit does not appear, the hash is what lets our team trace it on the blockchain.
The "no max limit" note on the crypto rows describes the deposit table only. Withdrawals in crypto have their own published ranges per coin, from 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC for example, so a large crypto deposit does not imply a matching single payout. Read the crypto withdrawal table before you rely on a coin for both directions.
What our Australian deposit table lists
Three Australian-dollar methods and ten cryptocurrencies, all shown with "Free" and "Instant" labels.
Methods you will not find in the Australian table
Older pages about our casino sometimes listed bank-alias transfers, online-banking redirect services and over-the-counter prepaid vouchers as Australian deposit methods. None of those appear in our current Australian cashier table, so we do not list them here and you should not plan a deposit around them. If a method is not in the table above, treat it as unavailable for your account.
The cashier in a mobile browser shows the same rows as on desktop. Our mobile page explains how to save VegasNow to your home screen.
VegasNow methods in and out: one comparison
| Method | Direction | Published range |
|---|---|---|
| MiFinity | Both ways | A$30 to A$4,000 each way |
| Crypto | Both ways | Coin minimum in; a capped range per coin out, e.g. 20 to 4,000 USDT |
| Credit card | In only | Up to A$10,000 per deposit |
| Cashtocode | In only | Vouchers up to A$400 |
| Inpay, PayAnyBank, Wire | Out only | From A$300, up to A$6,000 per request |
Below A$300, only MiFinity or crypto can carry a balance out, as our withdrawals page explains.
Fees, the "Instant" label and what we cover
Every row in our payment table, deposit and withdrawal alike, is marked "Free" and "Instant". Those are the labels we publish, and it is worth being exact about what they mean. "Free" means we cover our own costs of receiving your deposit. It does not stop a third party charging you: your card issuer may apply its own charges to a gambling transaction, MiFinity has its own fee schedule, and every blockchain charges a network fee that rises when the chain is busy. On withdrawals, any fee a payment provider charges is borne by you.
"Instant" describes how a method is designed to work, not a guarantee for every transaction. A card payment can be held by your bank for a security check; a crypto transfer waits for network confirmations.
Decide how you will get money out before you choose how to put it in. Card and Cashtocode are deposit-only in our Australian table, while MiFinity and crypto appear on both sides.

The 3× rule and the name on the account
Two rules from our general terms (version 2.3, 20 January 2024) shape every deposit. The first is ownership: any card, wallet or account you pay from must be held in the same name as your VegasNow account. Third-party payments are not accepted, and they are one of the most common reasons a later withdrawal is delayed while the account is reviewed.
The second is turnover. A deposit must be wagered three times before funds related to it can be withdrawn. Deposit A$200 and you need A$600 in bets before that money can be cashed out. Asking for a withdrawal before the 3× mark is reached can lead to the request being refused or a processing fee being applied. It applies whether or not you take a bonus.
If you do take a welcome offer, its own wagering is separate and much larger, covered in the next section and in full on our bonuses page.
Which deposit unlocks which stage
The welcome package runs over four deposits. Each needs at least A$20, and the payment method's own minimum also applies.
| Deposit | Match | Bonus up to | Free spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 150% | A$1,500 | 200 | None needed |
| 2nd | 100% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS2 |
| 3rd | 50% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS3 |
| 4th | 25% | A$2,500 | 200 | VEGAS4 |
| Total | Four deposits | A$8,000 | 500 | N/A |
Deposit size and the VegasNow welcome caps
A stage stops matching at its cap; anything deposited above that adds no bonus.
| Stage | Deposit that reaches the cap | Fits in one payment by |
|---|---|---|
| 1st, 150% to A$1,500 | A$1,000 | Card or MiFinity |
| 2nd, 100% to A$2,000 | A$2,000 | Card or MiFinity |
| 3rd, 50% to A$2,000 | A$4,000 | Card, or MiFinity at its maximum |
| 4th, 25% to A$2,500 | A$10,000 | Card, at its maximum |
Cashtocode's A$400 ceiling earns at most A$600 on the first welcome stage.
Worked example: a A$100 first deposit by card
Say you deposit A$100 by credit card as your first deposit. That clears both the card minimum of AUD 30 and the A$20 offer minimum. The first stage matches 150%, so A$150 in bonus funds is added. Wagering is 40× the bonus amount: A$150 × 40 = A$6,000 in qualifying bets, to be completed within the 7-day bonus period.
Pokies count 100% towards that figure, with some exceptions. Roulette counts 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, and baccarat nothing at all. While the bonus is active the largest single bet allowed is A$8. The free-spin part of the stage needs your deposit wagered once (1×) before it is credited, and winnings from those spins also carry 40× wagering, with welcome free-spin winnings capped at A$300. Cash-out from a deposit bonus is capped at A$5,000 per offer.
If those numbers do not suit how you play, you can decline the bonus and play with your deposit alone. Only the 3× deposit turnover rule then applies. Our welcome bonus page goes through all four stages in detail, and promo codes explains where VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 are entered.
Deposit not showing? Check in this order
- Refresh your balance. The cashier may simply need reloading after the payment window closes.
- Look at your bank or wallet. If the payment shows as declined or pending there, the hold sits with the provider. A declined card is usually the bank's own decision about gambling payments.
- Check the blockchain. For crypto, use the transaction hash in a block explorer to see whether the network has confirmed it and whether the right coin went to the right address.
- Confirm the amount. A transfer below the coin's minimum after network fees, or a Cashtocode voucher under the floor, may not credit as expected.
- Contact us. Email support@vegasnow.com or use the help options on our support page, with the amount, time and any reference or hash.
Common deposit mistakes
- Sending A$20 by card to meet the A$20 offer minimum. The card floor is A$30, and the higher figure wins.
- Choosing a coin by its deposit minimum alone. USDT deposits start at 5 but withdrawals at 20; Bitcoin at 0.0001 against 0.0002.
Set a limit before the first deposit
Your VegasNow account includes deposit limits and self-exclusion. Setting a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit takes a minute and is easier to do before you start than in the middle of a session. Treat every deposit as money spent on entertainment, not as an investment that should come back.

Cashier questions, answered briefly
Short answers to what Australian players ask most about getting money in.
What is the smallest deposit I can make?
Card and MiFinity start at AUD 30. The Cashtocode row lists AUD 25, though the cashier introduction mentions AUD 30, so AUD 30 is the safe figure. Crypto minimums are set per coin, such as 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT.
Which methods can I use to withdraw as well?
MiFinity and crypto appear in both the deposit and withdrawal tables. Bank transfers through Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire are withdrawal-only. Card and Cashtocode are deposit-only. The withdrawals page has the ranges.
Do you charge a deposit fee?
We cover our own deposit costs and every row is labelled "Free". Your bank, wallet provider or the blockchain may still charge its own fee, which is outside our control.
Why was my card declined?
Most declines come from the card issuer, which may block gambling transactions. Repeating the attempt rarely helps; MiFinity or crypto are the usual alternatives.
Can I deposit from someone else's card or wallet?
No. Payment methods must be in the account holder's name. Third-party payments can lead to refused withdrawals and an account review.
Do I need to verify my identity before depositing?
Verification is separate from opening an account and can be requested later, for example before a withdrawal. Uploading your documents early saves time when you want to cash out. See registration for what the sign-up form asks.
Can I deposit at VegasNow with PayID, POLi or Neosurf?
No. None of the three appears in our Australian deposit table, which lists credit card, MiFinity, Cashtocode and ten cryptocurrencies. A page advertising PayID or POLi deposits for VegasNow is not describing our cashier; the methods shown in your own account are the ones that apply.
What is the maximum deposit at VegasNow?
A$10,000 per transaction by card, the highest Australian-dollar ceiling we list. MiFinity stops at A$4,000 and Cashtocode at A$400. Crypto rows give a minimum per coin with no listed maximum, though each coin has a withdrawal ceiling, such as 0.12 BTC per request.
