Withdrawing from your VegasNow account
Every withdrawal starts in My Account and passes through the same steps: a request, a review that includes verification, then payment to a method in your name. Here are the published ranges for each Australian route, the rules that decide whether money can leave, and how large amounts are handled.

How a VegasNow withdrawal works
You request a withdrawal from My Account, choose a payout method and enter the amount. From there the request is reviewed. That review checks that your account is verified, that the deposit behind the money has been played through as our terms require, and that no active bonus is still tying the balance up. Once approved, the payment is sent to the method you chose.
Where it applies, funds go back to the method you used to deposit. That is a standard safeguard in online payments: returning money along the path it came in confirms that the person cashing out is the person who paid. Some deposit methods in our Australian table, such as credit card and Cashtocode, are not listed for withdrawals, so in those cases the withdrawal tab shows the routes you can use instead.
Each method has its own minimum and maximum, and your account also has daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps set out in our general terms. A method's range and the account cap are two separate limits; a request has to fit inside both. Large amounts may be paid in instalments rather than in one transfer.
Bank transfer and MiFinity ranges
The Australian-dollar rows of our withdrawal table, per request, as published on our Australian payments page.
| Method | Type | Minimum | Maximum | Labels shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Inpay | Bank transfer | AUD 300 | AUD 6,000 | Free · Instant |
| PayAnyBank | Bank transfer | AUD 300 | AUD 6,000 | Free · Instant |
| Wire | Bank transfer | AUD 300 | AUD 6,000 | Free · Instant |
| MiFinity | E-wallet | AUD 30 | AUD 4,000 | Free · Instant |
Bank transfer or MiFinity: picking the AUD route
The three bank-transfer rows, Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire, share the same range: AUD 300 at the bottom and AUD 6,000 at the top of a single request. They suit a withdrawal of a meaningful size paid straight to an Australian bank account in your name. The AUD 300 floor is the catch. If your balance is A$150, a bank transfer is simply not available for it.
MiFinity fills that gap. Its range starts at AUD 30 and runs to AUD 4,000, and it is also a deposit method, so a player who funds through MiFinity can usually cash out the same way. For smaller wins it is the only AUD route in the table. You need a MiFinity account in your own name, and any fee MiFinity charges for moving money onward to your bank is a provider fee, which you bear.
For amounts above a method's maximum, the request is split or paid over more than one transfer. Our withdrawal FAQ notes that large amounts may be paid in instalments, and your account's daily, weekly and monthly caps decide how quickly the full sum can move. Players with VIP status may have different withdrawal or daily limits at our discretion; the VIP and loyalty page lists what the VIP Lounge publishes.
VegasNow account caps and a worked payout timeline
A method's range limits one request. Our general terms (v2.3) add a second layer: account caps for each calendar day, week and month, counted in UTC from 00:00 to 23:59 rather than on Australian time.
| Period (UTC) | Cap in our published terms |
|---|---|
| Day | A$6,000 |
| Week | A$12,000 |
| Month | A$42,000 |
These are the figures in the published terms. Individual account conditions or payment-method rules can differ, so confirm the caps on your account with our support team before planning a large cash-out. A cap sets a ceiling; it is not a promise of when the money arrives.
During daylight saving the UTC day turns over at 11 am in Sydney, 10 am in Brisbane and 8 am in Perth.
A worked plan: your verified account holds A$14,000, every deposit has passed 3×, no bonus is active, and you choose bank transfer, which pays A$300 to A$6,000 per request.
- UTC day one: request A$6,000. That uses the full daily cap.
- UTC day two: request another A$6,000. The week now totals A$12,000, so the weekly cap is reached.
- First UTC day of the following week: request the final A$2,000, well inside the A$42,000 monthly cap.
Keep a note of each request (UTC date, amount and method) so any instalment or delay can be traced quickly with support.
Published range for each coin
Crypto payouts are listed in the coin itself, not converted to Australian dollars. Each row has a minimum and a maximum per request.
| Coin | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.0002 BTC | 0.12 BTC |
| BNB | 0.01 BNB | 24 BNB |
| Bitcoin Cash (BCH) | 0.001 BCH | 15 BCH |
| Ethereum (ETH) | 0.002 ETH | 20 ETH |
| Ripple (XRP) | 0.001 XRP | 5,000 XRP |
| Tether (USDT) | 20 USDT | 4,000 USDT |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 0.01 LTC | 200 LTC |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | 0.01 DOGE | 20,000,000 DOGE |
| Cardano (ADA) | 2 ADA | 460,000 ADA |
| Tron (TRX) | 10 TRX | 225,000 TRX |
Reading the crypto table properly
The crypto rows are easy to misread, so a few clarifications. The ranges are in the coin, which means their Australian-dollar value rises and falls with the market. A maximum of 0.12 BTC per request is worth a very different amount from one month to the next; check the current value before assuming a single request will cover your balance.
The ranges also differ a lot between coins. Tether starts at 20 USDT and stops at 4,000 USDT, while Dogecoin runs from 0.01 to 20 million DOGE. The deposit table, by contrast, lists crypto minimums with "no max limit", so depositing a large amount in one coin does not mean the same amount can come back in one request.
- Give a wallet address for the right coin and network. A Bitcoin payout needs a Bitcoin address. An address on the wrong network may lose the funds.
- Use a wallet you control. The payout should go to a wallet in your control, consistent with the rule that payment methods belong to the account holder.
- Expect network costs. The amount that lands can be less than the amount sent because the blockchain charges a fee.

Verification: why it comes before the first payout
Opening a VegasNow account does not require documents. Verification is a separate step, and it can be requested later, typically before your first withdrawal. Our withdrawal FAQ states plainly that verification is required, so a first cash-out cannot be completed until your identity has been confirmed.
The verification area of your account shows what is needed for your case. The purpose is to confirm that the person asking for money is the adult who opened the account and owns the payment methods used on it. That protects you as much as us: it makes it far harder for anyone else to take money out of your balance.
Make sure the details on your profile match your documents exactly, including your full name and date of birth. Mismatches between the profile, the documents and the name on your payment method are the most common reason a request needs extra back-and-forth.
VegasNow verification: what to have ready
Your account's verification area sets the exact list. Typically that means:
- Photo ID that shows your full name and date of birth exactly as your profile does.
- Proof of address in that same name, if it is requested.
- Proof that the card or wallet you paid with is yours. Ask our team which details you may cover before sending an image of a card.
- Clear files, uploaded only through your account, never via an unexpected email or chat link.

Play a deposit through three times
Our general terms (version 2.3, 20 January 2024) require each deposit to be wagered at least three times before funds related to it can be withdrawn. Deposit A$300 and you need A$900 in bets first.
A request made before reaching 3× can be refused, or a processing fee may be applied. The rule applies with or without a bonus, and it is separate from bonus wagering.
Deposit limits and rulesWhen a bonus is active
A welcome bonus changes what you can withdraw and when. Each stage carries 40× wagering on the bonus amount and 40× on free-spin winnings, with a 7-day bonus period. Until that wagering is complete, the bonus and the winnings tied to it are not withdrawable. Several caps also apply: cash-out from a deposit bonus is limited to A$5,000 per offer, and winnings from welcome free spins are capped at A$300. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and the maximum bet while one is running is A$8.
Here is how the numbers play out. A first deposit of A$100 earns a 150% match of A$150. The wagering target is A$150 × 40 = A$6,000. On pokies that counts in full; on roulette only 25% of each bet counts, so the same target would need A$24,000 in roulette bets. Blackjack and game shows count 10%, baccarat 0%. Once the A$6,000 is reached inside the 7 days, the bonus wagering is complete and the balance can be withdrawn, subject to the A$5,000 cap and the usual verification.
If you would rather keep withdrawals simple, you can decline a bonus. Our bonuses page explains the full terms, and the welcome bonus page sets out each of the four stages.
Worked example: a A$1,200 cash-out
Imagine you deposited A$400 with MiFinity, played without a bonus, and your balance now stands at A$1,200. You have wagered A$1,500 in total, well past the A$1,200 needed under the 3× rule. Your account is verified.
- Choose the route. MiFinity covers A$1,200 comfortably (AUD 30 to AUD 4,000), and it matches your deposit method. A bank transfer would also accept it, since A$1,200 sits inside AUD 300 to AUD 6,000.
- Submit in My Account. Enter A$1,200 and confirm.
- Review. The request is checked against verification, turnover and your account caps.
- Payment. Once approved, the money goes to your MiFinity wallet. Any fee MiFinity charges to move it to your bank is yours to cover.
Had the balance been A$9,000 instead, it would exceed both the MiFinity and bank-transfer maximums for one request, and the payout would move across more than one request or in instalments, within your account's caps.
About timing: what "Instant" does and does not mean
Every row in our withdrawal table carries "Free" and "Instant" labels. We want to be clear about them. They describe the method, not a promise about how long your particular request will take. A withdrawal still passes through review, may wait on verification, can be split into instalments, and then depends on your bank, wallet or the blockchain to complete. We do not publish a guaranteed payout time, and we would rather tell you that than quote one.
"Free" means we do not charge you for paying out. Payment providers may charge their own fees on withdrawals, and those are borne by you. For crypto, the network fee is part of the transfer itself.
Why a payout can be held, and what to send us
| Cause | What resolves it |
|---|---|
| Name on profile, documents and payment method differ | Correct the profile, or send documents in the matching name |
| You deposited by card or Cashtocode | Neither is in the withdrawal table; ask which route applies before requesting |
| Day, week or month cap already reached | Wait for the next UTC period |
| Bonus winnings above the A$5,000 per-offer cap, or spin winnings above A$300 | Only the capped amount can be cashed out |
When you write in, give the request time and time zone, amount, method, any reference and which documents you have already sent. Our support page lists the ways to reach us.

Withdrawal questions
Short answers to the questions Australian players ask most.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
AUD 30 through MiFinity. The bank-transfer rows (Inpay, PayAnyBank, Wire) start at AUD 300. Crypto minimums are per coin, for example 0.0002 BTC or 20 USDT.
Can I withdraw to my credit card?
Card is not listed in our Australian withdrawal table. Card depositors can use MiFinity, a bank transfer or crypto, in their own name.
Do I need to verify before withdrawing?
Yes. Verification is required before a withdrawal can be completed. You can do it any time after opening your account.
Why was my request refused?
Common reasons are incomplete verification, a deposit not yet wagered 3×, an active bonus with wagering outstanding, or an amount outside the method's range. Our team can confirm which applies.
Will a large win be paid at once?
Not necessarily. Each method has a maximum per request, your account has daily, weekly and monthly caps, and large amounts may be paid in instalments.
How long will my withdrawal take?
We do not publish a guaranteed time. The "Instant" label describes the method; review, verification, instalments and your provider all affect when money arrives. See the login page for reaching My Account.
What is the most I can withdraw from VegasNow in a day?
Two limits work together. Our published terms set account caps of A$6,000 per UTC day, A$12,000 per week and A$42,000 per month, and each method has its own ceiling per request: A$6,000 by bank transfer and A$4,000 through MiFinity. A larger balance is paid over several requests, sometimes in instalments. Individual conditions can differ, so confirm your caps with support before a big cash-out.
What documents does VegasNow ask for?
Usually photo ID showing your name and date of birth, sometimes with proof of address or proof that your card or wallet is yours. The verification area of your account shows what applies to you, and every name should match your profile. Our registration page explains when the check comes up.
