Opening an account means accepting our terms and bonus terms. These are the rules that come up most often, set out plainly with the real figures.

Who you are playing with
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. When you open an account and play, you agree to our terms and conditions and our bonus terms. This page sets out the rules that come up most often for Australian players. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to open a VegasNow account and play.
- At registration you give your account details, country, currency and date of birth. Keep them accurate and up to date.
- Verification is a separate step. We can ask for it at any time, and we usually do before a withdrawal.
- Your account is personal to you. Keep your login details private, and use the password reset on the sign-in screen if you lose them. The login page explains how.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payment methods must be in the account holder's name. Deposits must be wagered at least 3× before the related funds can be withdrawn. If they are not, a withdrawal request may be refused or a processing fee may apply.
Withdrawals are requested from My Account and require verification. Where it applies, funds are returned to the method you deposited with. Limits depend on the method, and large amounts may be paid in instalments. Your account is also subject to daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps set out in our terms. We cover our own deposit costs, though a payment provider may charge its own fees, and provider fees on withdrawals are paid by the customer.

Bonus rules
Our general bonus terms apply to every promotion unless a specific offer says otherwise.

The welcome package can be used in the casino and live casino only, not for sports bets. Each offer needs a minimum deposit of A$20, or the payment method's own minimum where that is higher, and the welcome free-spin winnings are capped at A$300. Full details are on our bonuses page.
Loyalty and VIP
Real-money play earns points in our loyalty programme, which can be exchanged for bonuses in the Loyalty Store. Bonuses from exchanged points carry 40× wagering. VIP status may carry different withdrawal or daily limits, at VegasNow's discretion. Our VIP page covers the levels.

Why was my withdrawal refused?
Common reasons are that deposits have not yet been wagered 3×, verification is not complete, or the payment method is not in your name. Customer care can tell you which applies.
What is the maximum bet with a bonus?
A$8 per bet while a bonus is active.
How long do I have to complete wagering?
Up to 7 days, at 40× the bonus amount unless an offer states otherwise.
Can I say no to a bonus?
Yes. Bonuses can be declined, which leaves your deposit free of bonus wagering. The 3× deposit-wagering rule still applies before withdrawal.
Can a large win be paid in parts?
Yes. Large amounts may be paid in instalments, within the daily, weekly and monthly caps in our terms.
