Our commitments in brief

If you read only one section, make it this one. Every page on ausvegasnow.io is held to five commitments, and the rest of this policy explains how each one works.

  • Published sources only. Every figure traces back to our terms, bonus terms, payment tables, promotions and loyalty pages, or a game studio's own specification.
  • No promises we cannot keep. We do not quote payout times, because timing depends on the method and on verification.
  • Limits beside strengths. Wagering, caps and minimums are stated as plainly as the offer.
  • Explanation is labelled. Where we give a view, such as which games suit bonus play, the reasoning is shown.
  • Corrections are made openly. Pages are updated and re-dated when a term changes or an error is found.

What we will not publish

Some details are not published, and we would rather say so than fill the gap. If a promotion's cap or wagering is only shown on the offer in your account, our pages tell you that. If a game studio does not state an RTP for a title, we do not supply one. We do not quote total game counts, payout times, or prize values that are not on the record.

We also do not run or endorse no-deposit codes found on other websites. The no-deposit bonus page explains the position plainly, and current codes for our own offers are on the promo codes page.

Corrections, audience and safer play

When something changes. Terms and promotions are revised from time to time. When that happens, the affected pages are updated and the date in the byline changes. If you notice a figure that no longer matches your account or the cashier, tell our customer care team through the support page, and it will be checked against the source.

Who the site is for. Every page assumes a reader aged 18 or over. Because real money is involved, safer play information sits beside the bonus and banking content instead of on one page alone. Our responsible gambling page explains deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and Gambling Help Online is free on 1800 858 858.

Pages are written and maintained by Samuel Thomas.

Process

From source to published page

Every page goes through the same five steps before it goes live, and again whenever it is revised.

  1. Read the source

Start from the current terms, payment table, promotions page or studio specification, not from an earlier page.

  2. Extract the figures

Note each minimum, maximum, multiple and cap exactly as published, with the source it came from.

  3. Work the examples

Recalculate every worked example from those figures, so the arithmetic on the page can be repeated by any reader.

  4. Cross-check the site

Compare figures that appear on more than one page so they agree everywhere.

  5. Date and publish

Set the updated date in the byline and publish under the author's name.

Pages are written in plain Australian English, with money shown in Australian dollars and the word pokies used where Australians would use it. RTP is always described as a long-run average across very large numbers of rounds, never as an expectation for a single session, and volatility is explained as how uneven the results tend to be rather than as a forecast.

We avoid pressure. There are no countdown clocks, no claims that an offer is about to vanish and no language suggesting gambling is a way to make money. Offer content carries an 18+ notice and a pointer to the terms that apply, and the limits of an offer sit next to its headline figure rather than further down the page.

Links follow the same discipline as facts. Internal links point to the page that answers the next question in full. External links go only to official sources: the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate, our published bonus terms, the studios' own game pages and Gambling Help Online.

Policy questions

Short answers to what readers ask about our standards.

Why don't you quote withdrawal times?

Timing depends on the method you use and on account verification, so a fixed figure would not be accurate for everyone. We publish the method ranges and the process instead.

How do I know a figure is current?

Each page carries an updated date, and pages are revised when the related term changes. If you spot a mismatch, let customer care know.

Where do game RTP figures come from?

From the studio that makes the game. If the studio does not publish an RTP for a title, we do not state one.
