What you are actually being offered
The welcome package is not one bonus but four, attached to your first, second, third and fourth deposits. Each stage is credited and wagered on its own, which matters because only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. In practice you complete or forfeit stage one before stage two can be credited, and so on down the line. Nothing obliges you to rush from one stage to the next, and each later stage simply waits for your next qualifying deposit.
The headline A$8,000 is the sum of four ceilings: A$1,500, A$2,000, A$2,000 and A$2,500. The match rate falls at every step, from 150% down to 25%, while the free spins run 200, 50, 50 and 200. That shape means the first stage gives the most bonus per dollar deposited, and the fourth stage is mostly about its 200 spins unless you deposit heavily. The amounts are shown in Australian dollars, or the equivalent in your account currency.
Every stage shares the same core terms: a minimum deposit of A$20 per offer, wagering of 40× the bonus amount and 40× any free-spin winnings, a seven-day validity window for the bonus, and a maximum bet of A$8 while it is active. The package is for casino and live casino play only and cannot be used on sports bets.

Second deposit. Enter VEGAS2 when you pay to receive the match plus 50 free spins.
50% up to A$2,000

Claiming the VegasNow welcome bonus, step by step
- Open an account on our registration page. You must be 18 or older.
- Pick a payment method in your own name. Cards and MiFinity start at A$30, above the A$20 offer minimum; our payments page lists the rest.
- Make the first deposit with no code. The 150% match attaches automatically.
- Play the deposit through once. That releases the 200 stage-one spins, which then need activating within their own period.
- Work through 40× the bonus, plus 40× any spin winnings, inside seven days, keeping each bet at A$8 or less.
- Repeat with a code: VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 go in with deposits two, three and four, each once the previous bonus is finished, expired or declined.
- Verify before cashing out. Upload documents when asked, and remember deposits carry their own 3× turnover rule.
Ceilings, deposits and wagering for each stage
The deposit needed to reach each ceiling, and the wagering that a maximum bonus carries at 40×.
| Stage | Match | Max bonus | Deposit to max | Wagering at max | Spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 150% | A$1,500 | A$1,000 | A$60,000 | 200 | None |
| 2 | 100% | A$2,000 | A$2,000 | A$80,000 | 50 | VEGAS2 |
| 3 | 50% | A$2,000 | A$4,000 | A$80,000 | 50 | VEGAS3 |
| 4 | 25% | A$2,500 | A$10,000 | A$100,000 | 200 | VEGAS4 |
| Total | N/A | A$8,000 | A$17,000 | A$320,000 | 500 | N/A |
We publish the right-hand columns because they put the banner figure in context. Taking every stage to its ceiling means A$17,000 of deposits and A$320,000 of qualifying wagering, with each bonus completed inside its own seven-day window. That is a high-roller path. For most players the sensible reading is: the match rates are fixed, the ceilings are generous, and a smaller deposit simply receives its percentage.
Stage one: the strongest match
The first stage pays 150%, the highest rate in the package, and needs no code. Three deposit sizes show how it scales.
| First deposit | Bonus (150%) | Balance | Wagering (40×) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A$20 | A$30 | A$50 | A$1,200 |
| A$100 | A$150 | A$250 | A$6,000 |
| A$400 | A$600 | A$1,000 | A$24,000 |
| A$1,000 | A$1,500 | A$2,500 | A$60,000 |
The A$100 row is the one we see most often. A$150 in bonus funds, a A$250 balance, and A$6,000 of qualifying bets to finish within seven days. At A$1 per spin on a pokie that counts in full, that is roughly 857 spins a day; at A$2 per spin, about 429. The A$20 row is gentler: A$1,200 of wagering is about 171 spins a day at A$1.
Check your payment method before you deposit. The offer minimum is A$20, but cards and MiFinity have their own A$30 floor, so a A$20 first deposit needs a method that accepts it, such as Cashtocode (listed from A$25 in our table, so A$25 is the practical minimum there) or crypto. Our payments page has the limits for every method.

VEGAS2 and VEGAS3: the middle of the package
Stage two matches 100% up to A$2,000 with the code VEGAS2, and stage three matches 50% up to A$2,000 with VEGAS3. Each adds 50 free spins. The same ceiling hides a big difference in deposit size: A$2,000 fills stage two, while stage three needs A$4,000 to reach the same A$2,000 of bonus.
Worked examples: a A$200 second deposit with VEGAS2 brings A$200 in bonus funds and an A$8,000 wagering target. A A$200 third deposit with VEGAS3 brings A$100 and a A$4,000 target. Double the third deposit to A$400 and you get A$200 of bonus with A$8,000 to wager, exactly like the stage-two example, but for twice the outlay.
Type the code before you confirm the payment, not afterwards. If a code is rejected, our promo codes page lists the usual reasons, such as another bonus still being active.

VEGAS4: where the spins carry the value
The last stage matches 25% up to A$2,500 and adds 200 free spins with the code VEGAS4. At ordinary deposit sizes the match is modest: A$200 brings A$50 of bonus funds and a A$2,000 wagering target; A$400 brings A$100 and A$4,000. Reaching the A$2,500 ceiling would take a A$10,000 deposit, which is also the upper limit for a single card deposit in our payment table.
For most players, then, stage four is mainly a 200-spin offer with a small match on top. That is not a criticism. A smaller match means a smaller wagering target, and the spins have the same value whether you deposit A$20 or A$2,000. If you want the spins but would rather keep the match small, a modest deposit is a perfectly reasonable way to take this stage.
A realistic plan: A$100 at every stage
What four equal A$100 deposits produce across the package.
| Stage | Deposit | Bonus | Wagering (40×) | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (no code) | A$100 | A$150 | A$6,000 | 200 |
| 2 (VEGAS2) | A$100 | A$100 | A$4,000 | 50 |
| 3 (VEGAS3) | A$100 | A$50 | A$2,000 | 50 |
| 4 (VEGAS4) | A$100 | A$25 | A$1,000 | 200 |
| Total | A$400 | A$325 | A$13,000 | 500 |
Four A$100 deposits collect all 500 spins and A$325 in bonus funds. The wagering falls stage by stage, so the hardest target comes first. Because each stage needs its own seven-day window and only one bonus can be active at once, a plan like this naturally spreads across several weeks.
VegasNow stages by daily pace: A$50 a time
A seven-day target reads differently once it is divided by seven. Here is a lighter plan, A$50 at each stage, with the daily turnover and the fewest bets possible at the A$8 ceiling.
| Stage | Bonus on A$50 | Wagering (40×) | Per day | Fewest A$8 bets |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (150%) | A$75 | A$3,000 | About A$429 | 375 |
| 2 (VEGAS2) | A$50 | A$2,000 | About A$286 | 250 |
| 3 (VEGAS3) | A$25 | A$1,000 | About A$143 | 125 |
| 4 (VEGAS4) | A$12.50 | A$500 | About A$71 | 63 |
| Total | A$162.50 | A$6,500 | Stage by stage | 813 |
Wagering is turnover, not money lost. A$3,000 of qualifying play means bets adding up to A$3,000, with winnings recycled into later bets; what is left at the end depends on how the games run. Read the figure as a measure of time and variance rather than as a price.
How the free spins inside the package work
The spins are part of each stage, but they arrive on their own timetable. Before the free-spin part of a stage is released, the deposit for that stage has to be wagered once. On a A$100 deposit that means A$100 of bets. Once released, the spins have an activation period of their own, separate from the seven-day bonus window, and the time allowed is shown with the spins in your account.
Winnings from the welcome spins are wagered 40×, and they are capped at A$300 or the equivalent. Two examples: if a batch of spins returns A$120, you have A$4,800 to wager before those winnings become cash. If a batch returns A$450, the amount credited stops at A$300, and the wagering on it is A$12,000.
The spin value and eligible game are shown on the offer when the spins are credited. For more on spins across all our offers, including Friday Night Spotlight, see our free spins explainer.
How fast each game type clears a A$200 bonus
A A$200 bonus carries A$8,000 of wagering. Contribution rates come from our general bonus terms.
| Game type | Counts toward wagering | Real bets to clear A$8,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Pokies (most titles) | 100% | A$8,000 |
| Roulette | 25% | A$32,000 |
| Blackjack | 10% | A$80,000 |
| Game shows | 10% | A$80,000 |
| Baccarat | 0% | Never clears |
Some pokies are listed as exceptions in the terms, so check the game before you start. Popular full-contribution choices in our pokies lobby include titles such as Gates of Olympus, where tumbling wins keep each spin moving.
Limits that apply to every stage
Read these before you deposit; they are where most bonus disputes start.
A$5,000 cash-out cap
Withdrawable winnings from each deposit bonus are capped at A$5,000 or equivalent per offer. If a bonus grows past that, the excess is not paid out.
A$300 spin-winnings cap
Winnings from the welcome free spins stop at A$300 or equivalent, whatever the spins actually return.
A$8 per bet
The maximum single stake while a bonus is active. Lower your bet size before the session, not halfway through.
Seven days
Each bonus must be wagered within seven days of being credited, or it lapses with its winnings.
One at a time
Stages run one after another. A weekly reload cannot sit on top of an active welcome bonus.
Method minimums
The offer minimum is A$20, but cards and MiFinity start at A$30 and Cashtocode at A$25.
The A$5,000 cash-out cap, worked through
Say you deposit A$1,000 at stage two with VEGAS2. The match is A$1,000 and the target is A$40,000. If you finish the wagering inside seven days and the balance that came from that bonus has grown to A$5,800, A$5,000 can be withdrawn and the remaining A$800 is not paid. Each of the four stages carries its own A$5,000 ceiling, and the A$300 limit on welcome spin winnings is checked separately.
The cap attaches to bonus money, not to your own deposit. Filling stage four takes A$10,000, the top of the card range, yet that offer's ceiling stays at A$5,000. For a large deposit, playing without the bonus keeps wins uncapped.
Deposit from A$20, no code needed
Your first qualifying deposit receives a 150% match up to A$1,500 and 200 free spins.
Claim the first stage
Taking all four stages, some, or none
You can stop at any stage. A player who only wants the first match and its 200 spins can take stage one and play the rest of their deposits without a bonus. Another might take the first two stages, pause, and come back to the later ones once the earlier wagering is done. And anyone who prefers tables, larger stakes or quick withdrawals can decline the package altogether; declining removes the wagering, the A$8 stake limit and the game weighting.
Whatever you choose, two general account rules still apply: payment methods must be in your own name, and deposits must be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn. Our terms page covers both, and our withdrawals page explains verification and method limits for when you cash out.
After the package, the weekly promotions take over, and loyalty points keep accruing on real-money play throughout.
VegasNow welcome package: common mistakes
- Trying to deposit A$20 by card. Cards start at A$30, so the payment is refused before any bonus is considered.
- Skipping the code on deposits two to four, or typing one meant for a different stage.
- Carrying a larger stake over from earlier cash play and exceeding A$8 while the bonus runs.
- Clearing on roulette or blackjack and forgetting they count at 25% and 10%; baccarat adds nothing at all.
- Never turning the target into a daily figure, then running out of days.
- Reading A$8,000 as a first-deposit offer. It is four ceilings across four deposits.
- Trusting a "no deposit" code from another site. We have not issued one.
Welcome package questions
Answers to the questions we hear most about the four stages.
What are the codes for the VegasNow welcome package?
The first deposit needs no code. Use VEGAS2 for the second deposit, VEGAS3 for the third and VEGAS4 for the fourth, entered before you confirm the payment.
How much do I need to deposit to get the full A$8,000?
A$17,000 across four deposits: A$1,000, A$2,000, A$4,000 and A$10,000. Smaller deposits receive the stage's percentage, so you never need to fill a ceiling to claim a stage.
How is the 40× wagering calculated?
On the bonus amount only. A A$100 first deposit gives A$150 of bonus, so 40 × A$150 = A$6,000 of qualifying bets within seven days. Free-spin winnings are also wagered 40×.
When do the free spins arrive?
After you have wagered that stage's deposit once. The spins then have their own activation period, shown with the offer.
Is there a limit on what I can win?
Yes. Each deposit bonus has a cash-out cap of A$5,000 or equivalent, and winnings from the welcome spins are capped at A$300 or equivalent.
Can I claim stage two while stage one is still active?
No. Only one bonus can be active at a time, so finish or forfeit the current stage before making the next qualifying deposit.
Is the A$8,000 paid on my first deposit?
No. Your first deposit is matched at 150% up to A$1,500, plus 200 spins. The A$8,000 figure adds together the ceilings of all four stages, so the rest comes from your second, third and fourth deposits with codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4. Each stage is credited and wagered on its own, one after another.
Can I use the VegasNow welcome bonus on sports betting?
No. The four welcome offers cover casino and live casino games only. Bonus funds cannot be placed on sport, and sports bets do not count toward the 40× target, so a stage left running while you bet on sport simply keeps counting down. Our sportsbook page covers the separate sports offer.
What happens if I bet more than A$8 while a welcome bonus is active?
Any single bet above A$8 breaks the bonus terms, and that can cost you the bonus along with whatever it has won. The limit covers pokies, tables and live games alike. The simplest safeguard is to set your stake before the first spin of a bonus session and leave it there until the wagering counter reaches zero.
